Angela Evelyn Bassett (born April 15th in 1961) is an American actor. Since the mid 80s Angela Evelyn has appeared in television and film. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards including 16 NAACP Image Awards. Bassett originates from New York New York. Her home was Winston-Salem North Carolina. Bassett along with her mother and sister moved to St. Petersburg Florida when Bassett was five. Their father split from the mother of their children. When she was in high school Bassett was a spectator of John Steinbeck's play Of Mice and Men starring James Earl Jones and decided that she wanted to become an actor. Yale University New Haven Connecticut granted her a bachelor's degree (1980), in African American study, and an advanced degree (1983) in the Yale School of Drama. Courtney B. Vance was also an actor at Yale. The couple got married in 1997. Qualification: B.A. The Yale School of Drama granted a Master of Fine Arts in African American Studies to Angela Bassett in the year 1980. The school she attended was the following schools: Jordan Park elementary school, Disston Middle School for 7th graders, Azalea Middle School for 8th & 9th grades in addition to Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett plays Ramonda as one of the main roles in action adventure film i.e. Black Panther Wakanda forever 2022.
